Detailed List of the Inclusions in Every Package:
* Complete orchestration of the events for the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception
* Coordination with officiant for day-of scheduling
* Run through the ceremony schedule twice at the rehearsal
* Sound and music check
* Confirm materials, bridal party, and vendors in right location, set-up at right time, etc
* Distribution of tips and final payments to the various vendors
* Prompt problem-solving if the need arises
* Check church/ceremony site and reception site before your arrival at both locations (cake arrival, décor in place, candles lit,
programs out, caterer setting up, band arrival, etc.)
* Coordination with photographer on timing, placement, and needed family/bridal members
* Line up of bridal party, music cue, timing, and order for ceremony
* Ensure all the correct people sign the marriage license
* See that the bride, groom, and bridal party are where they need to be after the ceremony but before the reception
* Introduction of couple and bridal party if desired
* Coordination with DJ/Band on timing, play list, announcements, etc.
* Coordinate the reception order: food service, speeches/toasts, first dance, special dances, the cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter
toss, send-off, etc.
